dsh-imagegen

Image generation and visual artifacts for DeepSeek Harness — with a free trial, no key, no signup.

What you get

Tool	What it does
`text_to_image`	Prompt → image. First generation free (anonymous trial); afterwards billed per call at real upstream cost, reported in every response. Failed generations are never charged.
`make_chart` / `render_diagram`	Data → chart PNG, mermaid → SVG — deterministic and free forever. The URL is embeddable: paste it in a README and it renders live.
`make_qr` / `make_badge` / `split_spritesheet`	QR codes, status badges, spritesheet cutting — free forever.
`what_can_you_do`	Describe the visual you need (any language) → the exact tool + a ready-to-run call.

Install

dsh plugin --profile <your-profile> add github:mario03690/dsh-imagegen

Thin config layer only (one @deepseek-ai/dsh-mcp-client row) — no tool code on your machine. Built against the dsh v0.1 developer preview's MCP client config shape (2026-08-13); breaks later → open an issue, same-day fix.

Cost, quota, privacy

Free anonymous quota covers the trial; every response reports its exact USD cost; failed calls are not charged. Prompts are processed in memory and not retained. The config URL carries ?s=dsh-img — a channel tag identifying the install path, not you.
